Easy (?) Phantom Transmitter Question

Just got my Phantom and I am going through all the videos (again) just to be careful ;). One thing I am noticing is that in all the tutorials he mentions to keep the throttle all the way down. But mine "bounces" back to the middle position, so it doesn't stick to the bottom.

I am afraid to start the calibration. Until I get confirmation that I am ok?

Sony worry. The new phantoms so this. The motor will not start unless you hold the sticks down and towards each other.

Thanks Dio! They should revise the video to say this for the people that are REALLY paying attention.

To correct the throttle and add drag so it does not center itself, take the four Phillips screws out of the back of the transmitter and separate.
There is a silver piece of metal with a screw that is way backed off on the throttle cam, tighten this screw until you get the drag on the throttle to your liking. Much easier to fly and control with this tightened.
