Dual output from HDMI board?

Good day.

I have a P3P and Zeiss goggles. Have been on a project and have not used them in a month or so but today when I hooked the goggles to the controller via the hdmi port the video display on the GO app went away. I could have sworn that last time I had video output to both the iPad and the goggles at the same time. Maybe I am missing something simple?

Do you see the settings in this screenshot in your app? Maybe they are not enabled?

Simple switch inside the GO App to turn on dual monitor display.

How is the video quality? What resolution are you getting on it? Is it enough or one needed higher resolution goggles? I asked this question as I'm debating what's the best goggles with hdmi board.
