I think the video Producer is responsible, notice the recoil as the shot rings off.

Indeed... and in the "video from the GoPro on my head" you don't hear the guy say anything in response to a) hearing a loud gunshot and b) his quad falling from the sky... wouldn't most people at least say OMG or some such?...I found this comment interesting

Could have just flinched with the rifle report. Pretty damned good shot, however.
Although shooting anything other than game is definitely frowned up, buzzing around in a UAV during hunting season is neither appropriate nor intelligent. In many states in the US, interfering with a hunt can land you into serious trouble.
I've considered shooting one of my P3's which insists on vibrating so bad you'd think it belonged to a porn star.
