If this actually was a drone, then this guy's a real muppet (I say guy because I'm sure only a guy could be so stupid). Helicopters are working in the area and he's up flying his drone? I'm really pretty angry if it's true.

You know what..?? i'm afraid that in a couple of years our drone hobby will desapear because of those idiots. And we're probably not too far from a BIG accident !!!

It could very well be a Police or SAR drone to provide instant aerial analysis.
