Drone delays medical helicopter at hospital - Ohio

Seems like there is another story every day. This, at least two major incidents near airports in Florida and LAX, the NFL game.... these idiots are going to get them banned.

It's common sense. Don't fly it where there is a high probability it will hit a human being if it falls out of the sky, keep it under 400 feet, and don't fly near a frikkin airport.

Is that accurate what they said about staying 400 feet away from hospitals? If so, that's an easy criteria to meet - no problema, but they have to publish it. Is there somewhere that rule is published for the public (because it applies to a lot more than quads)? And whose rule is it anyway?
