Can you download the media from the DJI go app? For some reason the footage I took saved on my app not my card. Now it's only on my app help please !!!!

It should be on the card too. Did you remove the card and use a reader to check it?

Then switch out the card and make sure it is working because there have been many bad sd cards now. I had 3 bad sd cards sent with my UAV from a well known vendor. It took me a few days to figure it out.

Great observation! They do go bad or even arrive DOA.

Yeah, the stream is a cut down version of the onboard recording. But you can increase the quality of the device capture, but you can loose distance and it will increase lag/jittery feed.

But yes, I'd check the SD card, as that sounds like it's full or corrupted.
