Any threads available for out-of-box issues when the DJI Phantom 2 does NOT respond to remote?

Ideally some sort of pilot checklist with a logical procedure to determine if it is a setup/reset issue, or a bad tx or bad navboard, etc.

Have you confirmed that the a/c is 'bound' or 'linked' to the Transmitter?

Here's the procedure from page 16 of the manual rev 1.1:

1. Power on the PHANTOM 2.
2. Turn on the remote controller and place it 0.5m~1m away from the aircraft.
3. Push the link button with a thin object and hold it until the Link indicator blinks red, then release it.
4. When the Link indicator turns solid green, the link between the remote controller and the built-in receiver
has been successfully established.

Next would be to run the RC assistant to verify and/or cal the Tx.

Then run the Phantom Assistant to further confirm proper operation and calibrations.
