Does anyone understand the hidden files?

Hi Guys
Does anyone know how to decipher the hidden files you get when trying to upgrade firmware?
I have a phantom 3 standard which just won't update to the latest firmware (09.0200), when looking at the hidden files, this is what I get (and this is the exact same every time)...

I have highlighted the line I think is causing the bother, anyone know the device that isn't getting detected?
