Has anyone used it?
Better yet, Can anyone use it?

There is no way I can make use of it once my props are fully installed.
The hub assembly covers or completely obstructs the motor shaft's ground surfaces the wrench is intended to engage when the props are fully installed.

So what's the point of it?

I simply grab the motor's outrunner assembly whilst installing or removing the props.

Any comments???

You only need it if you have a crash. For the benefit of others, the wrench doesn't go on shaft, it slots in over any of the top "rails" of the bell housing. In normal flight, the props never spin tight enough to require the wrench. If you crash and whack the props hard, they can be immovable without the wrench (or a vise-grip).
