Does anybody have file names in the thousands? Mine reset to 0000 after it got to 0999?

Also - is it possible to change the prefix from DJI to something else?

The only way I know is to highlight all of the files in the folder, right click, and rename and follow through. Know what you mean and rename mine by the date configuration like 05MAY16 1, and 05MAY16 2. You can configure how you want it to read, and repeat it over as you need. Maybe a simpler way but always works for me

I guess I'll have to rename them manually - but I would have expected the drone to number from DJI-0001 thru 9999. Am I the only one that is surprised to see it reset to 0000 when it gets to 0999 (instead of 9999)?

No it should roll up to 1k and keep going. I also notice when you delete files from the sd it starts the numbering sequence all over. Most digital cameras I've had keep counting and don't go back to zero.

The P2V+ went 1-9999 but for some reason the P3 only goes to 999 before the numbering cycle starts again.
There's no way to change file numbering in the Phantom

You have the choice to have the camera continue to 999 before resetting or starting at 001 each time you clear the card.
It's in the app settings - File Index Mode .. Reset or Continuous
