If your Phantom doesn't go higher than 200 metres, it's a very unusual one.
All P3s can go to 500 metres just as advertised.
There is a user configurable limit in the app.
Perhaps that's your issue. Have a look for that.

It's all very well to complain and blame DJI but unless you can give more explanation it will be hard for anyone to help you.
What have you done ... what happened?
Are you by any chance trying to go straight up above you?

It also depends on a great deal of factors. Mine would not go much higher than that before I had the DBS Mod installed. The advertised range and height is under ideal conditions.
