Dji smart battery

Hi all

I've ordered a new p2 Dji smart battery. I've requested a batter that has the square shape copper contact pads on the battery that are for the p2 to be able to read the battery voltage etc. Is this the new batter that dji has brought out ?? Or what one should I've ordered. As I want to prevent it from falling out of the sky. :shock:

Yep it's the newer version. Old version has small round contacts. I have two of the old type, no problems yet..

Thank you MrC do that mean dji are gonna recall the old type as I've a friend who's p2 fell out of the sky & smashed itself up ;( ? He had the old type
