My ps3 has not worked correctly since I bought it. Its about 2 weeks old and can't get further than 150m and constantly loses signal and rth's.
So I just took it back to the shop and they said they may need to send it back. Im guessing this could be a lengthy wait time from reading about DJI servicing. Are they really that bad? Since its brand new Australian Consumer law states that it has to be replaced or refunded. However, the shop attendant didn't seem to agree, but he's very wrong...
So my question is are DJI really that bad at servicing? How long will they take? Am I better to go down the Australian Consumer Law track and demand the product is refunded or replace with a new drone?
Cheers
Hugh
