Dji service and support for phantom 3 pro

Hey there folks took my phantom out today for a flight and it appears that everything is just off. Not a lot of wind but it just seemed like she didn't want to stay as still as she normally does and wanted to drift all over the place as well as she now seems to have that vibration problem people were talking about a little while back.

I am in the Long Island ny area any ideas on service?
