DJI RMA?

    My P2V is still not working after they pushed the software updated via the IOS app about a month ago.

    Has anyone actually sent their P2V in to DJI? What was the outcome? They have asked me to send it back to them but I haven't yet. I will probably do it this week. Just wanted to see what others have experienced...

    Well, I'm just about ready to send mine back. I guess I have to send the remote and the drone back in. I was originally just going to send the drone in but I guess I should send the remote in to be safe

    Has anyone done this yet?

    So I sent in the drone and remote. They responded with a $200 invoice for the damage created by their software update. I've asked for them to escalate the issue as I'm not paying for something they broke and haven't heard back yet. Fun fun fun...
