DJI PILOT LEVELS

Does anyone know the qualifications for the DJI GoApp 'Pilot Levels'?
Does the go app update this automatically?

Don't you need to upload your flights first?
Even though they @dji gather all your flight data, every time you turn it on, when connected to WiFi.

I just synced my flights and my level went from 0 to 10. I still have no clue what it means.

Hmmmmm, no that's got me thinking, I too know would like to know what it means. Is there anyone out there who knows? Please share your thoughts on this.
