Not crapping on your sale, it's a good deal but asking people to pay with PP and gift the $ they need to know that if they do that it's the same as mailing cash in an envelope. They will have NO protection if something goes bad.

OP, its much better to add into your negotiations that the buyer needs to pay the 3% PayPal fee so that they can have the coverage.
