DJI is now reducing its Phantom 2 intelligent battery from $159 to $129!

That's great news to us Phantom 2 owners. Thanks to everyone here especially to the NukeRC people who turns the heat on and adding pricing pressure to DJI with their $73 clone batteries.

This is such a relief because I found myself twiddling my thumbs deciding whether or not to risk $2000+ over an imitation battery that is only about $90 cheaper than the original

Even 109 euros is still $150. Looks like euro buyers getting stiffed as usual

I may send a mail to a couple of the UK dji stockists asking when we can expect to see these cheaper prices. At the moment £107 seems to be the cheapest still.

After flying Phantom 2's for some time - losing one Phantom 2 and just having another drop out of the sky. I keep saying this....unless you plan on flying over a field of bubble wrap, DO NOT BUY KNOCK OFF BATTERIES to trust with your $1300 plus worth of flying tech. Anyone who flies, knows we have enough pucker moments as is. I'm glad they are dropping the price at DJI. Here are the genuine DJI batteries at Amazon.

Well here is one that will gag you. Maybe DJI bought up all of Nukes batteries, relabeled them, selling them at a lower price, and is still making a profit.
With their customer service, I would not be surprised.
