DJI joins the Micro 4/3rds Standards Group

Looks like DJI is about to get serious with camera manufacturing, as they have joined the standards group for Micro FT. As you all know, the highly-prized Panasonic GH4 is a Micro FT camera.

Perhaps the next Phantom will have a built-in MicroFT, or will create a new camera attachment for the Inspire.

I think that is why I'll wait a year or two before upgrading my Phantom. A bigger sensor will always be better in terms of quality and low light sensitivity. Plus with cameras like the Sony A7 series being a full frame camera in such a small body could only get better in a couple years.
