That can mean one of two things I think.

1. The Inspire 2 is almost here and there's a bunch of Inspire 1 inventory on the shelf. However I've seen no leaks of i2 photos.
2. They are trying to put the pinch on the Typhoon H, which some people are calling the "poor man's Inspire".

Whatever the reason, $2K is a bargain worth considering, just like the P3A is such a bargain, not to mention P3Ps.

DJI is really putting the pinch on the competition. 3DR announced they are getting out of the consumer market, so I don't expect Solo to grow much. The 12min flight time and a glitchy gimbal hinders it's success.

I think the Inspire should've been priced at $1999 from the get go. The inspire 2 would probably have more collision sensors and an improved active track etc


The typhoon H looks cool .I have yet to see some impressive quality footage .

The Inspire 1 remain a solid platform..

I actually like the looks of Typhoon H. The controller is pretty cool too.
