DJI Groundstation on Ipad

Help!
I have the Groundstation app on the Ipad, not to be confused with Groundstation, where you swipe on the camera screen. It keeps telling me to "Please connect to aircraft". I am at my wits end here. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I can't recommend you anyone specifically because I don't want to advertise, but I'd look at DJI authorized retailers, and give one of them a call. Guaranteed one person, from at least one store on that list will be able to help you.

That app doesn't work with the Vision or Vision +. It works with the Phantom 2

Do you have the Groundstation that you bought? Make sure that your bluetooth is turned on, on your Ipad. I have to sometimes quit the app by doulble clicking the button on the ipad and swiping it away. I use mine alot, it was pretty much plug and play.
