I loaded mine on KitKat then upgraded. Works like a champ, so I don't really understand why it wouldn't load on 5 You could upgrade to Marshmallow and see if it works then. Have you done the incremental upgrades on Lollipop? The latest is 5.1.1

Step 3 – Tap and check “Unknown sources” box.
Step 4 – Tap ‘OK” when it shows the warning.
