DJI GO 4 app not working with android. help!

my p4 pro works great with iPad but can't get app to work on samsung s7, tab s or note 4. iv turn on usb debugging but no luck.. any helpful info on this? thanks

Try unplugging usb cable, replug again

Mine was working up until yesterday, but now it keeps crashing right after the splash screen...
