ok I have an amazing story to tell you about DJI'S ASSISTANCE ... now I only say that my phantom 3 had the usual cracks on the shield and, due to wrong and misleading DJI's indications (for two times) , I didn't send my drone in service, under warranty, but at unknown private address... . I sent many emails and , after the first answers in which DJI Service dumped me, in the end, they said they are reviewing my RMA practice to find a solution..... I will tell you if DJI assistance will be serious, as they say, OR NOT, asap ... for now from 10 days ago My phantom 3 professional is somewhere in europe...
