dj6 transmitter not working

Hello,

I have a problem with my phantom 2 transmitter. The red light is flashing instead of being solid red. I cannot connect to phantom or to the phantom rc software. Please help!!!!

The transmitter has 4 AA size batteries, did you replace all 4?
