Dim light lens?

Hi. I've got a DJI Phantom 3 Prof. and I was wondering if there's a lens for low light conditions. I've seen them for high light but not for dim light.

I feel its difficult to adjust contrast and stuff on the go when you filming sunsets etc. If you want to see what I mean watch the video I made below.

An ND4 is usually the best filter to use around sunset/sunrise time.
