Different Lipo Batt Question

So riddle me this fly boys...is it better NOT to charge these batts to full ALL time if you are not going to fly for a week or does doUng that cause a "memory" effect?

Leave em at 40-50% if not flying for two weeks or more. Probably easiest to charge it up and then fly it till you are in that charge range on the monitor.

Right. Like top em off the night before. Do lipos have memory issues?

Not memory issues, so much as charge leakage, which means that the battery will not re-charge back up to the same level it kept at full charge for any period. It's an irreversible chemical change.
