Like the thread says, what are the differences between the two? Is the A the non-reinforced shell and the B the reinforced shell? I know the motors are the same.

There is 4 variants.
Shell with full motor tabs and no X brace - cracks reported.
Shell with full motor tabs and X brace - cracks reported
Shell with pointy motor tabs and no X brace (P3 Standard shells) - no cracks reported
Shell with pointy motor tabs and X brace and larger ventilation and motor screw indention - latest release, unreported.
You don't need to open your phantom. Just simply remove the 4 motor screws and lift out the motors and have a peek.

GL300C controller has a frequency range of
2404.00000000 - 2470.00000000 and power output of 0.3030000 .
The W323B Phantom 3 Professional has a frequency range of
2406.50000000 - 2476.50000000 and a power output of 0.5200000
The GL300B controller has a frequency range of
2404.00000000 - 2480.00000000 and a power output of 0.0380000
The W323A Phantom 3 Professional has a frequency range of
2406.50000000 2476.50000000 and a power output of 0.6120000

- Different processing capabilities across the r/c's too

Interesting, thanks for the feedback. I used to have a W323B but I just got a W323A as a replacement from DJI...wondering if I should keep it or not...got a hold of a GL300C controller so I'm set on that..

This is getting confusing. Is the W323B better or worse? Some claim the B gets much more distance. Some say the opposite. Has anyone tried?
