Difference in stick sensitivity between beginner & manual mode

Seems I read there is in the manual but can't find it now.

Few flights out of the box and I want to leave beginner mode but don't want to be surprised.
Did many searches, learned a lot about lengthening sticks and SW adjustments. Very helpful! But no joy.

BTW: This is on a P3 Pro, DJI Go (latest from app store) on a iPhone 6S

Saw many vids on stick sensitivity by changing EXP, etc. settings but none (that I saw) talked about gimbal settings. Seems a good medium between lengthening sticks and changing major settings.

Like I said, just didn't want any surprises other than the snow storm we are about to get.
Motto of story, getting a new drone in winter sucks haha.

not many know that you can adjust the stick length, the longer the stick, the less sensitive
