Seems like a kickstarter ad, but hopefully it works since it can save lives. I didn't even think about it getting stolen..lol

It would only be practical if it was worked into the 911 system. Dads dead, and do I call 911 or 112... Don't guess wrong!
Also they must be using cellular control like the Flytrex system. It would need LiDar to work also. Going to save someone and hits a power line!

I can see drones and defibs popping up on Gumtree etc too, some good ideas but too impractical in 99% of cases.
