Dealer in Europe

What is the preferred dealer in Europe for Vision Plus? I found one in Spain with Free shipping and 2 working days delivery time which is unbelievable: http://electronicarc.com/catalogo/
Does anybody have experience with this dealer? All others have the same price plus shipping, which is quite significant (e.g. 60 EUR).

very quick and yes, free postage, next day in my case, I am in Portugal,
