Not sure when it originally aired, "Deadliest Catch: Behind the Lens - Ten years in the making", I just saw it last night. During the show, the film crew unwillingly convert a octocopter into a quadcopter via an encounter with a crab pot. Don't believe it was a fly-away, might have been pilot error. Haven't seen the episode available on the Discovery Channel web site yet.
