Dead/limp gimbal after battery change not upgrade.

Hey everyone new to the forums!

I've searched the forums for some answers and haven't gotten one that specifically helps.

I was in the middle of shooting and the h3-3d gimbal was working 100% and I landed to switch batterys. After my battery change the gimbal is just dead/limp. It doesnt do the startup movements or move with my controller. I have a video feed from my gopro just fine. When taking the gopro off the gimbal light is red, so after searching the forums I did the two pin w/ tweezers reset to get yellow/red then reflashed the firmware. I get a success and power on/off my phantom. When repowering the phantom the gimbal light turns red again and still remains limp.

Any other options to restore this to working use? My phantom/gimbal is only 3 weeks old and maybe its 8-9 flight.

Normal. You need to read below and use scissors to reset gimbal firmware.

I followed that topic already. I did the two pin reset and reloaded the firmware and no go.

Used assistant 3.4 / 3.6 nothing 3.8 doesnt even show an upgrade just 0.0.0.0
