Damping plate for old Zenmuse to mount on Phantom 2

I have an older Zenmuse with the older design damping plate, but I've now bought a Phantom 2 and of course, the older plate doesn't fit.
Where can I buy the new plate to mount to the P2? Preferably in the UK.
