How many flights does the battery have on it? And how long have you owned it? Is it a DJI battery or a third party?.

Then it's covered under warranty, contact DJI and they'll replace it free of charge, batteries have a warranty period of 3 months with upto 200 cycles, you're fully covered.

I've contacted the company I got the drone from they have posted a whole new drone out arriving tomorrow ( bonus as its my birthday) talk about service am well happy.

I got mine from the same place, and mine was faulty too(signal issues) I hope you have more luck with the new one, I went down the DOA route as the guy I spoke to on the phone at very said he had no idea what "these drone things" are. I thought I'd deal with the specialists lol.

image.png I got the same message this morning on my original battery from DJI that came with the Advanced. I took the screen shots. When contacting customer service do you send it back or what? Thanks
