FYI. Current law also mandates the FAA comes up with regulations and certifications for commercial UAV (under 50 pounds) operators by Sept. 2015. Until then it is against FAA regulation to fly a UAV for pay.

Tell that to the hundreds of people doing it. Ask them about it and they immediately treat you like a sub-class being and scream till they are blue in the face that you are wrong.
