is it actually possible to bring a rooted crystalsky to its original state?

(to possibly send it to the repair shop)

I do not understand the answer, sorry. when rooted I open the CS but not. an existing seal will not be damaged!

I'm talking about root ... only per software ...

Sure. Just go to update and side load the original or older version of firmware with a SD card. Couple minutes your back to stock.
