Cruising speed?

Does anyone know what the optimum cruising speed for the P3P would be? I want to maximize distance for a given amount of battery. I'm assuming that full throttle is inefficient but maybe half throttle is as well. So maybe 2/3s or 3/4. Mph would be the preferred answer. Do maybe 25mph? Thoughts?

My guess is that the RTH speed is probably a very efficient speed. I don't know what the RTH speed is though. You could find out easily enough...

There are too many factors involved to even ball park an answer, let alone the amount of data collecting and number crunching required to come up w/ what you're looking for.

Most long distance flyers fly at full speed at all times in P-GPS mode. Use that as your benchmark. It maximizes distance and flying time.
