Crazy Gimbal

I'm having the crazy gimbal problem. This is what it is doing.

Does this at start-up or does absolutely nothing. I've tried all the remedies i have seen on here and no fix. I do see a minor kink on the flex cable. could this be my problem?

could be but most likely a Pitch sensor board has a bad potentiometer on it.
turn it off and do not turn it back on until fixed, it will cause more damage
