crash

Was just setting off with P2 today when at a hight of about 30ft all lights went red on the drone so was just about to bring it back down when it droped like a stone to the ground.all pre flight checks where done and had nine satellites at the time .
smashed the mount for go pro and the camera ended up in the river i was going to film as it was a nice frosty morning temp -4 c at time of crash .
Any ideas as to what may have caused this to happen not had this problem before been flying for one year and no **** ups.

The low temperature can cause the battery to malfunction.

Thanks for info after working out new mount new GoPro and fix drone.
Have got new PT 4 today .
