My Phantom 2 v2 crashed for no reason I can tell. It was hovering way above the trees and turned upside down. Didn't take long to hit the ground. Does anyone know what could have caused this. Props appeared to be in good shape. See video. http://youtu.be/GfvV539I0oc

Battery was at 75%, I was within 100 feet of crash site, wide open area with no power lines or town close by.

Thanks,

Kevin

May have lost a motor or ESC. Pop the top and have a look.

I have replaced a lot of parts. One of my ESCs has the green portion of the LED not working. Should I replace it? If so, is there an upgrade I should consider or go back with OEM?

Thanks for all help and advice,
Kevin

Personally, I'd stick with OEM parts.

I purchased one ESC and a GPS unit. Quad has version 2.0 and I received version 2.1 on the ESC. Will they work together or need all the same?

With the new GPS I still cannot connect to any satellites. What else could be the fault?

I may just need to purchase a new quad instead of all new parts.

Thanks for the advice.

My V2 came with the 2312 motors and 2.0 Esc's. They should be 2.1. Dji replaced them free. I'd contact them and let them see your video.
