Cooper Lake in Texas... Super low...dry

I stopped at several State parks and took video of how low the lake is. They are pumping 140 million gallons a week off this lake and its dropped 14ft this year. Sad to see the lake like this. It's only open to Kayak fisherman because all boat launches are closed.
