Controller x1 not working

Got it figured out that my x1 control pot isn't seating correctly to operate the gimbal controls. For those of you with this problem, did dji replace the controller itself or the entire kit? For now I just push down firmly whenever I want to move the gimbal.

Unless theres an aftermarket control you guys could point me to. Thanks!

I do recall posts about ways to fix this relatively easily but you'll need to search the site for it as I don't know what it is.
