Controller updated and now its stuck in error mode

So i plugged my phantom in and it updated. I plugged my controller in and said a firmware update was available. It updated now its stuck in error mode. One solid red light. Can someone please help?

Batteries are good. It just a solid red light. The manual says its an Error..

im guessing updating my controller was a really bad idea, now i have $1300 pc of art that doesnt fly..

Did you try re-flashing the firmware?
Controllers can be replaced a lot easier than the aircraft.

im new to this. by reflashing. do you mean updating again?
