Controller Issue

Had a P4 for a while. Pulled it out today to do a mission flight and on power up the controller flashed red with a warning tone constant.
links to aircraft and have slowly flashing green and solid red lights on the aircraft.
We have connection, GPS, video. All the setup seems to be correct.
Can't find any info on this in the manual.
Any help appreciated.

Solid red up front and slow flashing green rear light on the AC, means that the AC is safe to fly in P or S mode

The front red lights are for navigation and only rear lights indicate any form of status, see page 12 of manual
