I am planning to fly my P3A in an area (in uk) that is marked as being air classification A, although it appears to relate only to the area between 3500' and 19500' amsl. Am I right in assuming that the area from surface to 3499' amsl (which I would be operating in) would fall under classification G and is therefore uncontrolled?
