Compatibility Diagram

Wouldn't it be nice to have a "Compatibility Diagram" to check whether the versions of Go-app, Firmware and Remote Controller are compatible with one another?

I have made a start and will post it here. Please feel free to add any compatible versions and put it back here.
I have only experience with 2 different sets of versions as seen below.

Nice. I have missed that kind of table!

Could there be a date when those versions were released. And maybe major changes and bugs for some updates and which versions should be avoided?
