Compass Calibration issue

I recently got my P2 flying again after it took a short swim in the pool. Flies fine, I recently did a compass calibration and found that I get the green lights when I do the compass dance however, when I put the craft face down, it ends up giving me flashing red lights. Any suggestions? Also, I had it out in the yard tonight and did not get fast green flashing LEDs, just green flashing ones.
I have had this before the pool incident and sometimes I get the fast flashing and sometimes I don't. Obviously my concern is a fly away.

Have you by chance done an advanced IMU calibration and then tried to calibrate the compass?
