Common 4 motors to slowly Rev up after landing?

Never noticed but when I land and let idle for a moment the motors start to slowly Rev up higher and it will almost tip over if I don't take off or shut it down. Is this normal?

Yes , just hold the throttle down to shut off.

Yah I got the shut down part. The other was bothering me.

I guess it's still trying to hold "altitude and longitude" while sitting and making slight corrections. Makes sense I guess. (After I typed original question.lol)
