Command stick calibration

Upgraded to 3.12. Went to ck all and the stick calibration shows error 29 and red lights blink 4 times quickly. It say to go to assistant and adj largest travel so curser reaches both side of scale. How do you adjust so it reaches these limits?
Help! Just flew it yesterday and all seemed well.

Downgraded to 3.08 and all is fine. Tried another rc controller from my other phantom and had the same problem, I knew then it must be software.
BEWARE OF UPGRADE!

How did you manage to downgrade? I didn't think that was an option :?
